Russian River Campground

Just rolled and packed all the Russian River Campground loops and main road to Grayling! We'll be running the groomer later this week. So far, snow and daylight look great!

The Russian River Campground road is rolled out to Grayling and around Red Salmon loop.

More work to come including a proper groom.

Thanks Elijah for your help moving the equipment and for the first roll of the season.

Quartz Creek is groomed with classic tracks out to Crescent Trailhead. Still powdery and soft on top but base is building up nicely. Russian River Campground coming soon. Cheers,

Just re-groomed the Russian River Campground trails and set a track throughout. Great classical and skate skiing with "mild" temperatures and sunny skies!!

Just rolled all the Russian River Campground trails. It's great for classical and skate skiing. No track has been set. The side loops are Great!

First 2019 grooming!

First grooming of the new year! All trails have been grooming for skate and classical skiing. Great conditions and fast. Bundle up as it was 7 degrees this afternoon. If you are walkers or snow shoers, please walk on one side or the other of the trail. Lots of walkers going up the trail to the cut-off to the trailhead to the cabin. Thanks!!

1-2" fresh on the new groom and 35 degrees. Enjoy it while it lasts!

The Russian River Campground road and all loops have been rolled, widened, and groomed.

Tracks are set from the gate to Grayling and in Red Salmon loop.

It is 20 degrees with light snow now. If temps stay cool overnight, look for fast fun skating and track skiing in the morning.
